Refund policy
Your right to cancel
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel, email us at hello@aromatide.com with your order number and we will reply with the return address and instructions. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
Condition of returns
For hygiene reasons, fragrances can only be returned for a change of mind if they are unopened, unused and with the original cellophane seal intact. Opened or used bottles can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including the delivery cost, and we will cover the return postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns we refund the item price and the standard delivery cost you paid; the cost of sending the item back is paid by you.
