Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Delivery time

Tracked delivery usually takes 3–6 working days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on orders over £35. Orders under £35 are charged £3.95.

Delays and lost parcels

Carriers can occasionally be delayed, especially during busy periods. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at hello@aromatide.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
